The Drovers Inn in Gussage All Saints was finally saved from development last month after a 15 month battle by residents who were furious when the pub shut without warning in November 2014.

Members of the Campaign for Real Ale have successfully applied to have the Three Tuns, on Silver Street Head in the city centre, listed as an ‘asset of community value’ by Sheffield Council.

Community group Eagle to Phoenix’s attempt to prevent the car park and beer garden of Galleywood pub The Eagle, on Stock Road, from becoming a Co-op was rejected on Monday by Chelmsford City Council.
